A Unique Mix
My wife and I came from an airline and hospitality industry. We have over 50 years working experiences combined. Working in Food and Beverage is like second nature to us. We would like to part our knowledge and skills down to our children if they wish to pursue this business. We value good customer service. We would be happy to be apart of this service orientated industry.
THE IDEA
The word “Basic” is simple but we wanted to link it to the experience we had in the airlines. So, the word “Bay” is where an aircraft is parked during transit, at the cargo or the passenger’s terminal. “Sic” is synonym with the number “6” That’s how “BAY-6” was formed.
Bay-6 Logo consist of four colours, they are red, white, blue and yellow which resemblance of Our Jalur Gemilang, as this is a Malaysian business.
Our burgers are homemade. Our recipes are unique. We use a blend of imported and local beef with 80-20% fats combined. We have been making these homemade patties for our family meals. It has been with the family for many years.
CONCEPT
Our Concept is Fresh, Tasty & Delicious. We grill our patties with the combination of steaming to ensure patties are perfectly soft and tender. We use fresh ingredients brioche buns supplied from the local baker.
